Once your project is ready to move forward with mitigation, Mitigation Credit Services helps permittees by locating mitigation credits on the marketplace and negotiating the best possible price. MITIGATION FEASIBILITY ASSESSMENTS

Mitigation Credit Services provides feasibility assessments for potential mitigation lands. Our feasibility assessments examine the potential value, identify onsite resources and restoration opportunities, and provide a market supply and demand evaluation for the potential mitigation land.  Our feasibility assessments help assist landowners in determining mitigation potential within their properties. 

MITIGATION BANKING

Mitigation Credit Services facilitates Mitigation and Conservation Bank development. We work with clients to help establish mitigation and conservation banks by developing conceptual bank planning, creating the Bank Prospectus and Bank Enabling Instruments (BEI). 

Mitigation Credit Services provides active promotion, direct marketing, and the administrative support required to facilitate the sale of mitigation credits for conservation and mitigation banks throughout California.

Mitigation Credit Services interfaces with the permitting agencies on your behalf, including federal, state, and local authorities. We oversee the drafting of sales agreements and the coordination and tracking of all your credit transfers.
